PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a regenerative skin treatment made from a small sample of your own blood. After it’s drawn, the blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate a concentrated layer of platelets, fibrin, white blood cells, and growth factors—all of which support healing and tissue regeneration.
When injected or microneedled into the skin, PRF works by signaling your body to repair and rebuild itself. It gradually stimulates collagen production, improves blood flow, and enhances cellular turnover, which can lead to smoother texture, improved tone, and a more refreshed appearance over time.
Unlike PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), PRF releases growth factors more slowly because of its fibrin matrix, making its effects more sustained. It’s commonly used under the eyes, in the mid-face, and for overall skin rejuvenation, especially when the goal is subtle, natural improvement rather than volume replacement.

What You Can Expect
Prior to your PRF treatment you will meet with our team to discuss the format of the treatment and post care plan. You may experience some swelling, redness, or bruising, which typically subsides within a few days. We do ask that patients schedule a follow up appointment so we can review your progress and answer any questions you may have.
